At a young age, I had made my own breakfast and I saw that my dad had baked croissants today, so I threw away my cereal then I asked my dad “Where’s the croissants, dad?” He said “They are for tomorrow, son. You’ll have to wait.” Then I said “I THOUGHT YOU MADE CROISSANTS FOR ME TODAY!” Then I kicked a glass vase and it broke, my dad then said “THATS IT, YOUR NOT HAVING CROISSANTS AT ALL NOW!” I started crying. Turns out those croissants were tomorrow, I figured kicking a vase wouldn’t make it any better.

Here’s a little story. When I was younger, like 4 or 3, I made this thing called “Kindness Soup”. And remember, I was young. So couldn’t cook. Anyway. I would get milk or water, eggs, pepper, and 2 or 3 more things. And I would want someone to eat it. My mom didn’t want me to feel bad, so she “ate” it. She didn’t really eat it. My family still makes jokes about it.

Instructions on how not to grow a stupid child- No physical punishment except if last resort, have very strict voice when something bad is done by the child and also actually give a shit about where your child is at all times. There is a lot more stuff, but these are the basics I learned from my parents raising me and my sister. I can not even comprehend my sister stealing something from another person's table in a restaurant or even touching a go carts pedal for more than a second.

Another example would be kids just purely assaulting people or stealing things from people and the parents ARE around and still don't do anything, child neglect charge and corresponding charges based on the kids actions. I can already hear people argue about the kids doing it on purpose, and my response is simply, "Take responsibility for your kids or don't take them out in public. And even if you are charged with the crime, you can fight it in court with a lawyer."
