Ricky Cheong idk why but just modding your car now makes you a Ricer. Exept for the list of these cars, Skyline, Supra, Evo, STi, FD RX7, NSX, & 240sx. You can make these cars as ugly as you want but you will still have some forms of people defending you.

I enjoyed it, at first I thought "rice" but then you can actually see him want to do things on his own and learn from it. His welding skills and fabricating were crap but improved a lot in the video. he started to stitch weld instead of overheating the thin metal, his angles and fabricating methods got better. I wouldn't doubt he's a bit like me and doing a ton of mods on his own. This reminded me of when I first got my welder. I'm building and fabricating a lot of custom work for people now. Oh and I just picked me up a 92 civic hatchback myself for $500 doing all the work myself, think I'll settle for a 13sec all motor daily driver for now then look into upgrading the stock motor.

Lewis Firth ok one, ricer doesnt only apply to civics (many european and other japanese cars and even many more american cars are rice as well) so get your head out of your ass you dummy. and two this upgrade looks nice and sounds loud, but does nothing performance wise for the car as the exhaust is still just as restrictive, making this a race inspired cosmetic enhancement. I admire your determination, at some point, I would've had a shop do it. So now the question remains, are you considering muffler repair for some side cash? You got all the equipment for small repairs. I am going to do mine this week but continue with clamps. Mine should be easy since I already did a muffler delete and added a tip. I just have to remove the remaining exhaust and tip that I have clamped on then clamp on the muffler. Save the exhaust and tip if ever needing to swap them out. Thanks for posting the video. Good Job!

Drag racing is actually better in an automatic because you get more consistant, faster shifts, and if you have a supercharged or turbo charged vehicle boost levels also stay at a higher rate..But when it comes down to street racing and pure coolness-factor there is no comparison. Stick/manual cars are better and far more fun to drive than an auto anyday of the week.
