I believed that 7 taurus demon is a way to say if you cant 3 hit one of them you need to upgrade your weapon and lvl up dmg attributes. Them you can kill one by one luring them. Isn't free difficulty its a difficulty check up the devs mentioned that when explaining about how to guide your self Its like when you start the game and see that catacombs are not the rightway they can be just skeletons but, they are tough than the other hollows
