In DBGT the final arc has the 7 shadow dragons and, while it's never stated that the represent the 7 deadly sins, from their powers and personalities shows they each fall into one. Their boss and strongest one is Syn Shenron who seems obsessed with destruction and death just for the sake of it (wrath), while Nuova Shenron, the one with golden colour, a great sense of honour and whose (2nd) death was a result of his bragging for being fireproof (obviously pride) was actually in relatively good terms with the good guys (no pun intented).

In Dragonfable, the Tomix saga final villain was Envy who was also the original one of the 7 corrupted spirits. The other ones shown were Greed who was the villain of the first arc and Lust, while the rest weren't even shown. My point is there are at least a few stories where the other sins also have a more important role than Pride (propably because pride can also be associated with things such as honor, dignity and thus may not seem to the writers as big of a sin as the rest).

Pride is honestly the only sin I feel bad for. Since more often than not pride is a mask ( literally in this game) to hide someones flaws and insecurities . And something that pride shares with envy is a desire for validation , but pride as a concept takes it a step further in the desire to prove you are worthy of something. Really didnt expect the darksiders team to give this interpretation . Proves just how good the writting is overall

Lust's domain is very closely related to Envy, because both want something, but Envy is more specific, so Lust understands Envy more than the rest of them.

@Oxford8495 The "bird Envy" is a fake one. When Fury uses the talisman it usually emits a green light when absorbing the Sins, but for "Bird Envy" it is a white light, which indicates that the creature's nature is different from the rest of the Deadly Sins.

@Oxford8495 I´m 99% sure that the Council knew that the watcher was Envy, because they´re powerful enough to know the plot of Darksiders 1 (where one of the angels broke the seals). I think they wanted them to kill each other, but didn´t expect Envy to use the talisman, or didn´t know of its existence, OR they did know of the talisman's existence and thought that Fury would realize that the Watcher is Envy, defeat her and bring the talisman to the Council.

@@qcosteur Well, just based on this video & what I thought it be (Also long paragraph). *Avarice,* why would he care, he already has everything he want, money, art, important/valuable things & etc. *Sloth,* is just sloth, why work when you can sent someone else to do it, why make enemy when you can just bide your time till everyone is gone. *Gluttony,* purely wants to eat everything it can eat, whether it be dead or alive. *Wrath,* pure rage, loves to fight, doesn't care about the weak (Envy), and Envy isn't the type to get angry. Just, envy. *Pride,* she looks down at everyone, making her not care about the other sins. For this two. *Lust,* just by the video, she knows how to handle illusion well, almost perfect, unlike Gluttony. Because Lust knows how to use an illusion, she must have known, how to spot someone who uses an illusion. Envy illusion must be weak for Lust to see it through, but, its a perfect use to a person who is easily blinded by their quest or glory, like Fury & Usiel. *Abraxis,* he is a demon, a high ranking demon, a demon lord but not a prince (I'm not good at nobles ranks), who can literally see disguises or even smell them and also, he is the type of demon who uses duplicity & a opportunist.

To the people hating the game, yes the story isn't the greatest but it's the story of fury growing as a character and that was really well done. Combat was challenging and you never felt truly overpowered in the game unlike in darksiders 2 and frankly the combat can be improved but it was a nice change and made the game quite challenging. Boss battles were kinda hit or miss for me but the designs were really good. People just need to remember that this is a small team that made this game and not a AAA game so comparing it to them is just dumb. Support the team so we can get darksiders 4 and hopefully all of the criticism will be the driving force to make the next one even better.

Chapter 2 (As Fury and I travel through the tough biomes of New York City and fight demons and monsters along the way, we talk more about each other's backstories. Fury even mentions her first fight with Wrath and how her horse, Rampage, was killed by Angelic weapons for unknown reasons, and that she and the other Horsemen were somehow set up by the Charred Council. I had a feeling that was the case, but hearing all that made me even more uneasy about the Council than before. I apologized to Fury for what happened with Rampage and she understood how I felt. I sympathized with her and told her that death, in itself, can be hard to deal with over time. I also shared my pastimes with Fury, explaining that I was a professional in martial arts and an anime nerd growing up. Hence, why I was born with Broly's potential. Sure enough, while traveling through the web-coated subways of Manhattan, we enter this huge, open space with a massive throne in the middle. At that moment, we heard a raspy and creepy voice talking to us as the throne turned around with these huge beetle-like bugs holding it up. Is that Sloth?! He looks so much bigger in person! I immediately go into my Wrathful form in case things get dicey.) Sloth: "Fury... fantastic. Ah, and you've brought a friend. Even better." Fury: "Your day of reckoning is at hand, Sloth. You will be judged in combat like all the others!" Sloth: "Fury, please. Do I look like I'll be fighting anyone or anything anytime soon?" Y/N: "You don't have a choice here, King Bug! Get up and do some mid-battle exercise for once in your life, would ya?!" Sloth: "There's always a choice, Saiyan... I choose not to choose. Too much of a bother. I'd laugh at you and Fury both, but it's too much work. No offense, but you're both playing your parts well in our little morality play... so, honestly, why bother? It's the Apocalypse, sure, yet I'm completely over it. My sole concern is comfort --" Watcher: "That sounds familiar..." Fury and Y/N: "Mouth!" Sloth: "-- and, as you can see, I have my countless minions for that. It's what they live for. You should try it sometime. I'll book you a few slaves if you both simply relax." Y/N: "Oh, we will, Sloth, but only once you and your brethren are wiped from existence. Fury and I just hope they're all more of a challenge for us than you!" Sloth: "Let them stand or fall. Doesn't matter to me, really. You understand, right, Fury? The futility of it? Why not join me, take a load off, and embrace the nothingness? I bet you'd adjust to it very easily." (The demon beetles hold Fury up like an idol figure as the Watcher floats over to her and I stand by in disbelief. WHAT THE FLIP'S GOING ON HERE?!) Watcher: "Would you... abandon your mission?" Fury: "No." Watcher: "Ha! Is that so? The great Fury would never let herself become such a creature's prey. Are you truly up to the task?" (Now THAT right there was the motivation we were looking for! Fury and I kill the demon beetles around us as I go into Wrathful Super Saiyan and our fight with Sloth begins!) --Timeskip After The Sloth Fight-- Sloth: "Congratulations! You two must be so fulfilled! What do you think killing me will enact... on this pitiful venture?" Y/N: "Ha! Are you seriously begging?! Muster up some dignity, Fat Bug!" (Reverts to base form) Sloth: "Saiyan, I let my slaves clean my backside with Angel wings while I enjoy a morning tea... Dignity is a myth... like the 'Balance' you and Fury fight for. Say, aren't you both exhausted?" Fury: "Yes... but even the most grueling battle is less tiring than taking no action at all, Sloth!" (Fury seals Sloth in the Talisman of Sin, followed by a huge blast of air that almost knocks us back.) Fury: "Most exercise he's had in a millennium." Y/N: "I could not agree with you more, Fury. We knew he'd have to get up and move eventually. Now, shall we find the next Sin?" Fury: (chuckles and smiles) "Agreed. Ready or not, Lust, here we come." To be continued in Chapter 3...

Same, I really liked Sloth and Lust, the way the game picture them is really interesting. I also like Pride, she has a lot of charisma in my opinion. Depends on how you skill yourself. If you go full phys, you'll deal more basic damage, but I think it's smarter to go all arcane, as that increases counter-damage (the cool flashy attacks after dodges) to insane amounts.

Pretty sure Lord of Hollows has some connection with Samael. The way Abraxis continues to call him traitor, the coffin on his back, his gifts to Fury and the fact we know this game is a prequel to DS1 now. Is Lord of Hollows actually Samael before he made his move on the Destroyer I wonder.

@@szysi3k Remember in DS1 when War returns to earth and asks how long he had been gone? The watcher said a century. So DS1 starts at the beginning but the main bulk gameplay comes well after Fury and Death's story.
