This 'glitch' was also the case in GTA IV and I think in GTA San Andreas too, but I'm not so sure about the latter. Also, the inability to whistle to a cab from a certain height was also in GTA IV.

In gta v you are able to walk up to random npcs on the street and talk to them using the interact button. Usually they will say something like "hi" or "hey", but sometimes they will have a line on dialogue like "I was stuck in traffic because they were shooting a pilot episode". When the npc say something like this, they will enter your car if you get into it.

cant u also heavily insult NPC's? If you keep interacting michael uses stuff like 'you are one nasty fuck'. Also, can show the middle finger to other drivers if you have 'hands' as weapon equipped and press the 'aim button'. Some NPCs (mostly truckdrivers) will show the middlefinger themselves. If you keep flipping them off they will get out and try to fight you. Another fun fact: the interaction when flipping people off and honking is inconsistent and wierd :D

Another note on the lack of magazines in cutscenes: It's not just magazines. Attachments that should be there, like scopes on sniper rifles, are also missing quite often.

i think the missing magazines in cutscenes appeared in the finance and felony update bc R* added drum magazines to online. those new magazines somehow broke the SP cutscene weapon magazines

For those that do not watch Baron but are intersted in the follow up to the long Discussion. Oof I just checked Barons youtube and saw a new video he made on strats. Noticed that Viper was added in the description (comments said it was after he got called out) and saw a comment about a private discussion where baron said he attempted to contact viper. Viper clearly said he wanted to keep contact minimal and on professional level only. Baron interpreted that as an absolute blocking of contact, which it clearly wasn't. Now here comes the part that I chuckled. I checked the like dislike ratio... let's say that much. After the entire discussion it was kind of foolish of Baron to decide to let his first video be a video about strats, when Viper is the one who basically forged most of the run. Almost a 1:1 like dislike ratio. TL:DR Baron got hit hard on his newest upload.

Michael going faster in water vehicles makes sense in a weird way because he had a yacht. it would be cool if Trevor went faster in airplanes because he has training. then each character would have their "specialty", with Franklin's being cars because he has the car handling ability

I said this twice in chat on stream but you missed it so I'll say it here, Scouting The Port is not the only mission you can complete with a wanted level, this is also true for Abandonment Issues (in which you kill Michael's therapist). You can complete this with the cops but just like STP, the wanted level will be taken away as soon as the mission passes

Combat mode also allows you to leave a vehicle without turning it off. Relaxed mode always turns it off.
