Always noticed the voice being exactly the same. Same overal looking face. Although GTA IV style always makes characters look fatter or older. Same mole on chin. Same hair color. Eye color ain’t the same but could be contacts. There’s definitely a case to be made here. I guess it could be a case like Andreas being an undercover cop with Elizabeta Torres only evidence is a little more striking.

@Lane Knowles no Andreas wasn't a rat. In the mission Luck of the Irish there's another bodyguard named Jorge and he is bald and fat. You don't see him in any other mission after that and Elizabeta's missions in GTA 4 (except the one with undercover cops) take place before the ones in TLAD. The last mission in TLAD is last canonical appearance of Elizabeta

It's the funniest part! 💀 Crazy enough, I saw Robert Bogue on Law and Order, and it was shocking because he looks exactly like Steve. I know they base characters' appearances off their actors now, but nobody in the game looked as identical to theirs as Robert/Steve, Devin and his actor, and Denise and Janet.
