So exciting watching you hike south through the section we hiked May 2023. Once you went through the bridge under the road, and then crossed the road and then walked by the Conadoguimet Creek and sat on the bridge taking a break, that's what we did. Then you hiked by the creek and under the road and continued on. That's where we turned around and went back to the parking lot. I know, compared to what you do every day it's not much, but that and Boiling Springs is all we've done in Pennsylvania. Thanks for showing us so much more.

What a beautiful way to start your day. You will never forget that morning. It’s great that you are getting to spend time with people along the trail. The AT vibe changes out of peak hiking season and it’s good to get company when you can. I find the cooler mornings the most difficult, getting out of the warmth and packing up in the cold is an art in itself. You can tell your trail friends really care about you, take care

Looks like the new Altra Olympus. He did a video on them saying he likes the mileage now that he stopped using poles and his stride really has come into its own now too. I want to check out the Altras and hope he goes into them again further because for many of us the footwear is where thru hikers really continue to struggle the most it seems. I'm rotating some saucony xodus and la sportiva akasha II but both are flawed.
