I love that they're just sat listening to his phone calls too. 🤣 He thinks he's so clever. My 7 year old nephew would outsmart this guy. But the day he tried to pull his mic drop Perry Mason moment where he pulled out 2 photos! He then claimed that was *PROOF* that Erika Patterson MUST have been in contact with him. But he obviously didn't know they heard him asking his mommy for photos of the GRANDCHILD on his jail phone call. So he literally turned up with 2 photos expecting to be able to add it as evidence. It was hilarious at just how dumb he is.
@emilywickler8871
@emilywickler8871 Жыл бұрын
He refused to accept recorded phone calls and monitored mail. Claims Erika had been accepting calls from him. Erika sent him multiple letters. His mom did not do whatever she did to help him get off. He never said anything about delay tactics to his Mom. He would always say everyone else was lying. But let's remember, THIS is the person, human STRAW MAN, moneyboi, musicboi, bugaboo, or whatever he wants to claim he is... DB is the one that is presently livid from the court to do all the things to his. He never CONSENTED to being charged tried convicted or sentenced for anything. The court has committed illegal actions against him. He said that at the appeal hearing.

@pizzlerot2730

You and the thousand other commenters making this argument need to wise up and actually think about the situation. Of course she's giving him leeway - haven't you ever heard of giving someone rope to hang themselves? He's going to file as many appeals and other motions as he's legally allowed to after he's convicted, and the *slightest* appearance of contempt or bias from the judge or prosecution is going to give him ample material to work with; but on the other hand, the more he goes on and on about ridiculous crap, and the more she documents how many opportunities he had to do what he was supposed to do, then the better of a chance that he will fail on appeal. She's a professional and she knows exactly what she's doing; why on earth would she him the keys to his case in exchange for five minutes of personal satisfaction? If she were to blow up at him and ban him from the entire trial, then there is decent enough chance that he could have the entire thing declared a mistrial, and the whole circus would have to be performed all over again, years down the road, and all the while this killer would be free on bail to potentially destroy more lives. Does that really sound like a good idea to all of you who are crying about how the judge needs to come down harder on him?? It's that kind of short-sightedness and slavery to emotion that makes our political systems the god-awful messes that they are these days 🤦🏼‍♂️

@@exgamer07No he wasn’t running from the police. He beat Erika Patterson up & he was stopped by her friends from doing more damage. He was pissed at them & just drove through the parade in a rage. Police didn’t know a whole lot until they arrested him.

So whats the trial for? What are they deciding?

They have to give him a fair trial by law, even though there are hundreds of videos showing him committing the crimes he’s been arrested for. There were several thousand witnesses at the parade that witnessed him committing the crimes also.

Why it matter I imagine the jury knows especially given his charges he’s in prison…. let’s waste time on clothing he did say no he was not going to change his cloths many times his answer not just being a no I think is irrelevant he remained calm until he was cut down to saying nothing at all or was being removed I am not saying what he did is not horrible not going there only talking about this clip

He blatantly did not say in any way that he wasn't getting changed...he said he believed everyone, including the jury knew he was locked up, he never once mentioned clothing
