Darrell Brooks and his judge continued their daily arguments during his criminal trial for allegedly killing six people at the Waukesha Christmas parade in December 2021. Brooks was unhappy with legal decisions made by the judge and accused her of pulling "fast maneuvers" on him and "rushing to judgment." Brooks faces life in prison after authorities say he drove his car into the parade.

Because if the judge holds him in contempt Brooks gets his way. The trial would be delayed or maybe would have to start again. He's wants to be held in contempt to delay the trial. Doing so would reward bad behavior. That's why she quotes Illinois v. allen. Something similar happened in the 1970s when someone was representing themselves and was even worse than Brooks in the court room to try and delay everything. That when the Supreme court said you can place them in another room until they become civil and some other rules. There is a video on that in uncivil law's youtube channel if you want to know more

I doubt they spent more than 3 minutes discussing whether he was guilty or innocent regarding the actual parade attack. What pisses me off is they only deliberated for 3 total hours but Darrell Brooks doesn’t comprehend that and thinks it took them all night to decide his verdict. He doesn’t understand that that it doesn’t count once they leave the juror room 🤦‍♀️ He even made a comment about it when Attorney Opper said that it only took 3 hours for them to come to a decision, he argued she was wrong saying it took them all night. My parents raised me to never use the word “hate.” We’ve raised & taught our only daughter the same. After watching this trial in its entirety I can honestly say that I hate Darrell Brooks. For all the lives he’s taken in the most cold blooded way, his lack of ANY remorse, shenanigans, volatile behaviors and disrespect for everyone. He is the lowest form of life that exist among us. The sound of his voice makes my morkie bark at the TV. He’s always been a good judge of character.

I plain don't like to hate anyone as well but fjnd my self saying I jate this guy over and over. Even though I'm purposely watching these over and over. I hate this dude. He's so annoying, dumb, and evil. And think he was going to benefit from acting an ass.

I believe God's Word clearly states we are all made in His image. Watching this person's insidious, outrageous, self-serving behavior makes me question this, I'll be honest. The deliberate disrespect and belief he is above everyone including the law, should be embarrassing for him and certainly for his dear Momma. He will likely be taken out in state prison. I don't think he'll last long. He would never commit suicide.

This is why Brooks dispensed with his defense team. Precisely so he could behave in this way bringing up all the spurious arguments in the world and feeding his massive ego by playing lawyer. He will pay down the line. That is for sure. You should see his latest outburst just before lunch .

@@extraoridanaryexplorations1479 Well honestly I can't imagine anyone feeling sorry for him when he killed & maimed people, one being an eight year old child. His attitude is horribly disrespectful also. I can't see anyone feeling sorry for this monster unless their dumb as a rock. I don't see him acting in any way to get someone to feel sorry for him especially with all of the evidence that points directly to him. He'll get life without parole. He's being real disrespectful to the court, jury & victims. He shows no remorse whatsoever! It's too bad WI doesn't carry the death penalty!

At a certain point s judge needs to put their foot down. Ideally long before a defendant makes a mockery of the court room. I can't comprehend why this has been allowed to carry on as long as it has. From all the objections to the outbursts. This guy should be gagged. Among other things. This dude is prime example of someone playing victim while being the villain his entire meaningless life.

I wouldn't say ideal because he's trying to put the judge on trial and should be charge with contempt of court and let him rot in jail for months at a time everytime he acts this way. Drag it out for a couple of years and then he'll be sentenced to 25yrs to life without a chance of parole, he can have that taken off as time served🤣🤣🤣
