The state had to prepare their case against this man. This man CHOSE to represent himself, and is learning that the court is not going to hand him his defense, and somehow still has the impression it’s just stacked against him. Simply put…he wouldn’t be there at all if he didn’t take the those actions that are ON VIDEO with witness corroboration. I feel horrible for the families.
@liash10152 жыл бұрын
The state and the judge have gone way out of their way to make allowances for his ignorance while representing himself. The prosecution called and scheduled his defense witnesses for him. Judge helps him along with explanations - which of course he doesn't like because they don't fall his way. He's a master narcissist/manipulator - example is how he diverts the conversation by latching onto an irrelevant detail or misstatement, insisting on a concrete answer for something. It happened when he couldn't find a letter (to use as an exhibit) after a break. He talked about "it was here before the break and now it's not!!" - basically accusing someon in the courtroom of taking it. But...then when this is pointed out, he says "Did I say someone took it???" Classic DARVO (Deny, Attack, Reverse Victim and Offender) of abusers.
