I agree. I can't imagine how difficult it must be for the prosecution and the judge, who are accustomed to dealing with defense attorneys who know what they're doing and who don't use these ridiculous delay tactics, to sit through all of his shenanigans. Not to mention the court reporter who will have to transcribe his nonsense later...sitting through it the first time is hard enough.

@@sandihauger320 the judge is letting him bury himself while making sure he has no chance of overturning anything on appeal. While technically judges are suppose to treat pro se the same as an attorney, they give them more latitude because they don’t want anything overturned on appeal. This case has such serious consequences that he must be given latitude, especially since if this goes up to the Supreme Court and he loses, the precedent it will set against the SovCit nonsense will help in future court cases in shutting up SovCits.

The state and the judge have gone way out of their way to make allowances for his ignorance while representing himself. The prosecution called and scheduled his defense witnesses for him. Judge helps him along with explanations - which of course he doesn't like because they don't fall his way. He's a master narcissist/manipulator - example is how he diverts the conversation by latching onto an irrelevant detail or misstatement, insisting on a concrete answer for something. It happened when he couldn't find a letter (to use as an exhibit) after a break. He talked about "it was here before the break and now it's not!!" - basically accusing someon in the courtroom of taking it. But...then when this is pointed out, he says "Did I say someone took it???" Classic DARVO (Deny, Attack, Reverse Victim and Offender) of abusers.

His focus is to mischaracterize the judge and the court process which is NEVER going to happen. She is one of the most patient person I know.
