Darrell Braun Guitar Don't suppose you've ever made a video about rhythm? Like when someone describes something as "8th/16th/32nd" notes, I have zero idea what they're talking about, or how to translate it into playing. And thanks for another killer video.

Again, simple, concise information. Very very good.... i wish i had your lessons when i started playing guitar....30 years ago!!!!! Rock on!!!!
@flybybaby80083 жыл бұрын
Many thanks to you Darrell for explaining concisely how to put what I hear in my head into reaction on the fingerboard. It's been 30 yrs since I have picked up any of my guitars due to an industrial accident, and I'm only now painstakingly restoring them to playable condition. That's the easy part, as 30 yrs of not playing far surpasses what my guitars need. This video has had the affect of reawakening a long suppressed passion for the guitar, and for that I sincerely thank you!

Darrel I've been learning how to solo for about 6 months and minor scales are a cup of tea for me. Mixing major and relative minor pentatonic scales together is quite a struggle and hopefully the tips in this video will help me out a big deal when I get lost on what to do :)
@michaelpeters39336 жыл бұрын
Thank you! I had never seen that minor hybrid scale before. Thanks for teaching us things like that which aren't in 'regular' instruction books. It may be simple, but it looks cool to see my hands moving like that up and down the fretboard, and sounds cool. I've already played around with it, and purchased the PDF just now. Great stuff, can't wait to use it at the next guitar jam.
