I spend halfhour trying to understand why converting to bezier dont work and why anchors move without tangents. The answer is what tool used to do it. Points can be moved with transform tool but this is piece of shit. You want to move these points only with curve tool. How it is all complicated in Maya. Had never such problems in Blender
