I agree, the average power of the Jedi of the TOR is higher than that of the Jedi of the THR since the latter have not had to fight for decades and DECADES counting the Sith. It is worth remembering that during some centuries of the HR it was appeared Yoda and who knows how many other extraordinary Jedi lived during that period ...

I absolutely doubt it, certainly the "ancient" Sith and Jedi were on average more powerful, but I think Yoda, Obi Wan, Mace, Anakin and someone else could do it
