Fun fact: Darth Vader died the moment he decided to save Luke and kill the Emperor. Anakin Skywalker died on the ramp of that Imperial shuttle, looking at his son with his very own eyes.

Have you heard of the Tragedy of Anakin Skywalker the Chosen One? I thought not. It's not a tale that the Jedi would tell you. It's about a young slave who was freed to become the hero without fear than the emperor's fist. In doing so, he left his mother, who was the person he loved the most, but only later, he would find out that when he changed masters he was still in shackles. To the Hutts, Jedi, and the now extinct Sith. With everyone only seeing the monster in black, he thought he was only that until his son freed him at last. Now freed from chains he got to look his child with his own eyes before passing.
