I don't know anything about music and I don't play any instrument. I've only sat at the drums once and tried to produce a meaningful sound, but I quickly realized that I'm too stupid to do so. So I focused on listening to music. When I watch Cobus drumming, looking at his face and hands, I see that he is one with the music. There are many good drummers, but Cobus to me is one of the best in the world. A genius, an extreme tact, a bomb, and a gigantic talent even more so when you look at Cobus' biography. Been watching your videos ever since your Kelly Clarkson cover made me start playing the drums at 15. I’m now 28, married, have a mortgage, but I still love playing the drums, and seeing a new Cobus upload is still SO exciting.
