@Larwood.8 жыл бұрын
I rewatched it because of that but he could definitely go straight, he had a straight arrow before the intersection and then a speed limit sign. Most likely the road used to be one way and when they changed it they just painted over that arrow, and it's worn off over time.

7:05 EXACTLY how my little sister hit a cyclist in peak hour traffic recently. He was cutting across the road between cars like the pedestrian and she had no chance of stopping. Ended up hitting him side on at about 40kph. Thankfully the 10s of witnesses stopped and told police the cyclist was at fault as the cyclist was trying to argue he'd done nothing wrong.

@gerble368 жыл бұрын
Diverting what blame? It not his blame to take. What the driver wants to do is irrelevant. What they actually do, is relevant. They didn't look and backed into him. End of story, cleanly not his fault. If they wanted to park, they can pull in front first and be done with it. If they want to back in? Too @#%* bad if you have someone behind you following you in. As far as I remember, we can't read minds, so I don't know what you expect him to do about that.
@MegaRazorback6 жыл бұрын
That 4x4 driver was coming out of a drive through lane....that parking area was VERY poorly designed, not really supposed to have parking right next to a drive through exit but the place had to make do with what little space was available so they just crammed as many parking spots in and called it a day. For instance, the Hungry Jacks in Byford W.A has 3 parking spots right NEXT To the exit turn of the drive through...they shouldn't be there due to the obvious hazard of cars hitting each other...the no entry sign near that exit has already been replaced 6 times because someones either hit it when reversing or its been clipped by an exiting car...again, poorly designed area but what can you do huh?
@kroneyt14936 жыл бұрын
She drove past the parking spot and the guy was doing what he was supposed to do by following her and not holding up traffic. She decided to stop and back up with no warning. How the hell was the dashcam owner supposed to know?
@caitlinbarrow17055 жыл бұрын
@@kroneyt1493 the car put its indicator on and obviously stopped, its not like they were going to keep going forward. when you're reversing into a space, you indicate, which the driver did. They gave warning. The dash cam owner was in what is known as a blind spot. Warning was given, its not the reversing driver's fault that the dash cam owner was right behind the other car. If she was going to go out and turn right she would have been far more forward to allow access to the road, she was clearly going to go back as there were no spaces in front to go. They are both to blame, yes, the reversing driver should have been aware enough of her surroundings to know someone might be rude enough to not look at the car's signalling, but the dash cam owner should have seen the indicator and the distance away from both options and made a judgement, even a 'just in case' judgement and stayed back. Plus, @gerble36 , the driver in front's intentions are very much relevant, backing in is the reverser's right, so the dash cam owner has to wait 30 more seconds so the driver can back in, boo-freaking-hoo. Patience and paying attention are valuable lessons that need to be learned here. Read a road rules book.

Funny thing is, car enthusiasts get hailed on for being dangerous drivers that get labelled vermin and idiots in australia but this video is proof that it's actually everybody else BUT enthusiasts that are dangerous. Why would we dump 100k into our vehicles along with 100s of hours of hard labour to destroy the very thing that brings us joy and happiness? It's the same thing as spending 500k to renovate a house only to host an out of control party that will surely fuck up your hard work, time investment and effort you put in to make your house absolutely perfect. It doesn't make sense. I'm tired of this country labelling us as criminals, I'm tired of the general public constantly being abusive towards our community in the sickest and most bigot manner and I'm tired of the overzealous police constantly profiling us to give us 4 digit fines for having unsafe vehicles when you have legit smoking bombs of cars on the roads that are the REAL hazard. Yet the HWP constantly target us, be aggressive towards us and talk to us like they have a doctorate in mechanics when we literally have pulled apart out vehicles and know what's safe, what isn't and what functions do what. Why would we install something that will destroy our one true means of happiness? When we try to explain that to the HWP we get slapped with more fines for attitude... it's sad because we are only outlining what is true, that we love our cars and motorbikes like you love your children. Why the fuck should I even support and be proud of country that constantly uses our community as scapegoats to push agendas for simple revenue when we aren't the problem. Use the money to teach the next generation of drivers better road skills not put up more speed cameras, police on site and campaigns to spread fear to the general population. Our death tolls have risen since all these implications but yet we are the problem, we are the trouble makers and we are the vermin in australia that are the center of these deaths. I have no hope for this country anymore, until things change I will never call myself a proud australian. This entire issue just makes me fucking sick to my stomach.

I have hundreds of videos online of shit drivers and in almost every one its someone with a boring car or a shit tradey ute. Occasionally you get a BMW driver or some other entitled prick, and they are the really dangerous ones, because they know they are fuckwits. But they are only a small percentage. I almost never see serious machines doing anything bad, because as you said they dont want to destroy it. The proof is in the videos.

Don't be, they are stupid birds doing stunts like that. We had one years ago ran in front of 4wd with a bull bar attached, how it missed us I never know, it proceed to crash into a fence and somersaulted over the fence - priceless!!
