People are given drivers licenses that should never be allowed on the road. The government cares more about money than safety.

They replaced police patrols with fixed speed cameras... Then ran hundreds of millions of dollars in advertising telling everyone that speeding is the only road safety thing to worry about. So now we have absolutely clueless, shitty, selfish drivers who genuinely think they're perfect drivers because they have never been fined for speeding.
