As a music composition major, the intro tilts me. The chords played in the song are not II, VII, v, I. They are I - V - vi(6/4 inversion) - major II in B major.(The major II acts as a V of V which resolves to a V in 6/4 inversion just before the repeat) Chords: B major (B D# F#) F# major (F# A# C#) G# minor (G# B D# with D# as the root/bottom note) C# major (C# E# G#) which resolves into a F# major cord with C# as the root/bottom note. The worst part is: II, VII, v, I wouldn't be right no matter what key you assume the song is in..
