Thank you for doing this review and demo. It really helped me to decide between the Dash Personal Donut 🍩 maker or the Dash Bundt Cake 🍰 Maker. I've decided on buying the Bundt Cake 🍰 Maker for taste and for the cutest looking little Cakes 🍰. I still need that ADORABLE Pie 🥧 Maker too. I can definitely see single Biscuts and Cornbread in the Pie Maker plus Savory and Sweet Pies... the possibilities are simply endless!

I saw another channel where pancake batter was used with sugar , vanilla and nutmeg added. The reviewer said it was dead on cake donut texture and flavor. I ordered one of these and plan to try that recipe. The price of bake shop donuts has gone through the roof and I think the $17 bucks for the donut maker would pay for itself easily.

I have a 2 donut maker and the best thing I found to use in it is brownie mix. Dip them in a thin vanilla glaze while still warm then sprinkle with finely chopped walnuts or peanuts.

I got one for Xmas haha. They certainly turn out more like cake or pancakes and probably healthier but only really a donut because of the shape. I want to try with rice flour and make mochi donut

This was cute but honestly I have a 4 doughnut silicone maker pan I use in my airfryer works just as fast and easy.

I love the dash products. I have the mini waffle maker and mini griddle. If I had more cabinet space, I would get them all lol. I have an egg cooker that is from qvc that is just like the dash one and I agree, it’s the best.

See, i'm originally from the north east, and the donuts i grew up on were cake like donuts (like dunkin' donuts), not like Krispy Kreme donuts (which are much lighter and more airy). Actually, come to think of it, over all the years i lived in the south, i dont think i ever went to a dunkin donuts to see if the donuts were different. Lol

Back in the day, Dunkin Donuts was different than it is now - they had amazing donuts. I never liked KK so when I moved to the south, I gave up donuts altogether (not a great loss, tbh - they have no redeeming value. LOL).

That's what it is! When I was watching you delicately cook these gargantuan donuts, I was thinking - they don't look done. Something about the light side. Then when you said "cake" it clicked. Yes, it looks like when you make a cake mix and the bottom is much lighter than the top! They look like adorable tires. LOL I love this machine. I wish I were able to eat those, but alas, no go for this basically sugarless and sodium-less life. BOOOO

Nothing tastes as good as a fried donut. That Dash donut maker doesn't brown the top. Maybe that's part of the reason it doesn't look or taste like a donut. The monkey bread looked better. Neighbor Dan needed to taste test these products. 😄😄
