I tend to agree with referencing the criminals as thugs - regardless of color. In fact, race wasn't even mentioned right away. Thugs is the term used because they were running for a reason and endangering others. What we need is much stiffer crimes for all criminals - regardless of age. I bet the insurance companies could be talked into subsidizing the additional prisons that would be needed. To quote a famous school guidance counselor, "Crime don't pay, ma'okay."

@@headpopsnake I don't know.....they were "flying" and the tire tracks on the grass shows that he had lost control of the car. I think they were dead as soon as they crashed.

Drive through there at night w/o looking in the direction of that house. There weren’t any porch lights, and from what I saw (barely after several rewinds) it looked like a car in a driveway on the side of the house. Now I will say this, this officer patrols this area frequently, and didn’t notice the unoccupied home with a car next to it? Then again, maybe he wasn’t looking for the young man to pull in a driveway to blend, but rather try to get back to Olive (which does connect with Groby) in order to get back to where he came from. I just grieve for the parents, family, friends, staff, and the officers who found these young men as they did.✌🏽🫶🏽

Not if it’s for a firearm related crime, violent crime, or sexual assault…..Those are dangerous people, and need to be caught ASAP…..Traffic warrants etc; just shoot a tracking device on the vehicle, and catch it later, or use what’s call The Grappler net, which is installed on a police vehicle, and can shoot onto the wheel of a fleeing vehicle, locking the wheel, and ending the chase abruptly. St. Ann, MO and PD’s in Arizona are already using these technologies, the rest of the nation’s law enforcement needs to get on board….Anybody unlawfully fleeing police should get an automatic 5yrs. in prison mandatory.

There are some really harsh and hurtful comments on here, some would even deem racist, calling them “thugs”. They were young men , and I’m certain had they’d been white young men, no one would be calling them “thugs” while others would not be applauding the blatant disrespect to the families of the deceased. I don’t know these young men, however, I have a 15 year old son, and I show empathy to the parents, family, friends, and staff of the school for that reason. Have some respect, and while you’re at it, have several seats.✌🏽🫶🏽
