Cammer brighted the speeder initially 'cause he changed lanes with no signal pretty darn close in front of the cammer. Remember, the camera adds 10lbs, no...wait...that's not right. It doesn't show how close things really are. I always get those confused. But, yeah, too close after that. Shoulda slowed down and don't kick the hornet's nest. IMHO, a cammer should always be responsible for these types of accidents even if he didn't swerve into the other lane. Start slowing down way early or change lanes. Expect the unexpected like a festering a-hole out of left field. Buuut, the brake-checker should face far higher consequences in total. Their ins. co. should drop 'em or triple their rates for the reckless brake check. It'd be one thing if the speeder had to stop due to normal driving issues, but to jam on your brakes to try and cause an accident and succeed? It should be reckless driving and be far more expensive for the brake checkers of the world.

There's no way to know whether or not the driver saw the SUV, but it seems significantly more plausible that they were accelerating to get back up to speed after having just come out of a turn and failed to look in that general direction than for them to have been intentionally ramming another vehicle. 7:15. Highly doubt they were found at fault since it is in fact your lane that is ending and not her's. you also very obviously steered into her. unbelievable.
@Galiant20102 жыл бұрын
I've rewatched that several times and I can't tell which lane is technically the one that ends. Most areas around me that have a lane ending have a sign saying "Lane ends, merge left/right" depending on which one ends. Though I do think it's usually the right lane that ends, but not always. Based on the way it looks I'd say it was the other car's lane that was ending as the cammer just stays to the right the whole time. That bit about "steering into them" isn't an aggressive turn. It was slight, likely as a result of them (finally) noticing the car to their left. It's natural to steer in the direction you're looking which is why there's an actual issue with cop cars being hit after pulling someone over, because as cars go to pass by they're looking at the lights and drift towards it. As they loved saying on the show Canada's Worst Driver, "Look where you want to go." Either way, though, both were far too oblivious to their surroundings.
