Grenades doesn't work that way, they are designed to explode using a fuse instead of just shooting a bullet into it. Those movies where a guy shoot the grenades to make it explode or games like Sniper Elite where you can also shoot grenades are just things that hollywood and game companies made up. If you just shoot at a grenade, it will either deflect it or pierce it and nothing will happen

Idea: even if other classes could lift up Heavy's minigun, the fact that the barrels act like a gyroscope at full spin, and the vibrations caused by the firing would render them unable to fire it for extended periods of time (i.e., little more than in bursts of maybe 10-15 rounds, and even then, they'd have to stop after a few bursts). On a related note: it's not just bullets that Heavy would need to re-fill. Most of his miniguns use an electric motor to run, which would need to be charged up as well. The Tomislav and Huo-Long Heater could just be a gas-operated machine guns, but the Brass Beast either needs to be hand cranked (like the original Gatling gun), or is spring-operated (which would also need to be "charged", i.e. wound up before battle). Due to the wooden parts of it, the Huo-Long Heater could be set ablaze from its own ring of fire. And finally, if the description of the Iron Curtain is true, it implies several things: lore-wise, that while Heavy's father was a counter-revolutionary (allegedly), Heavy himself probably approves of Russia being a republic or even a soviet republic (just not with the Stalinist regime of it, since it sent his family to the Gulags, and forced them to spend decades hiding in Kamchatka), and item-wise, the Iron Curtain is probably Heavy's most _expensive_ machine gun, since the wood is from Tsar Alexander II's favorite chair (possibly reading chair, made from mahogany, which, in on itself, is a highly priced wood), and also, that it's Heavy's most _fragile_ machine gun, since it's made from "Soviet steels". Throughout it's existence, the Soviet steel industry struggled with quality, due to it's technological isolation from the rest of the world, meaning that metallurgical discoveries weren't shared with it. The Iron Curtain seems sturdy enough, but the very steel it's made of could be prone to fracturing or morphing due to poor production.

No. Due to the weight of the barrels, the way they spin around would eventually cause the whole gun to be more difficult to keep on target. This is due to centrifugal force - with the barrels spinning in a circle, their weight is pulled sideways from the motion, causing the whole assembly to be dragged in one direction or the other. It's the same reason why a spinning fidget spinner is difficult to balance on one finger - it's weight is being dragged sideways by the motion. As you know, Heavy is not only stronger, but also fatter than most of the classes, and this weight and padding comes in handy when he's using his big gun, as he can withstand the recoil of it. The other classes (if they could even lift a 330lbs gun) would struggle to keep it aimed where they want it to, due to the spinning barrels causing the gun to weer to the side, and couldn't fire for a very long time, since there's nothing to absorb the recoil of the gun - Heavy was big enough to just take it, but for them, it could hurt their arms, and can even cause bone fractures and a dislocated shoulder on the long run. The vibrations of the gun firing continuously alone would be painful for the user. Heavy is able to take it, since he's both strong and fat enough to be able to handle it. The others would probably struggle to even lift it, with only Soldier and Demoman seeming like they'd be able to do it. But even then, they wouldn't be able to fire it for too long, since the recoil would hurt them, and they would have trouble hitting anything, due to how the spinning barrels throw of their aim.

Well, sort of. The default minigun, the Natasha, and the Iron Curtain are electrically powered. They'd either need a battery, or a connection to the mains. The Tomislav and Huo-Long Heater are simple mechanical machine guns since they only have one barrel. They're probably mechanical or gas-blowback operated. But the Brass Beast either has to be cranked or wound up.

Soldier's helmet is based on the WWII American steel pot helmet. While it is rated to defend against pistol caliber rounds and potentially a glancing shot from a full-length rifle round, it certainly wouldn't hold up against a direct hit from a rifle that is most likely chambered in either .308 or .30-06. I still have my great grandfathers old helmet that still has a bullet from a japanese arisaka embedded into it. And this isn't even considering armor piercing ammunition. Steel core full metal jacket will punch straight through the helmet.

When engineer built a freaking sherman with a 34 pounder. But the idea with the tank is not quite right. You see, tank needs a crew consisting of at least 4 people( commander, gunner, loader, driver) to work properly, and here engi is in the tank alone, though he can move the tower with a much higher speed than it is supposed to judging by it's look and shoot without even loading a giant projectile (maybe 140 mm i dunno)

Because how Soldier's rocket launchers are designed, they wouldn't have any recoil. -All of the force is evacuated from the hole behind the gun. This also would hurt anyone standing behind the rocket launcher, Heavy alone (probably) would have some big bruises, but Scout would most certainly be rushed to ER, or even killed. -Probably something that was already pointed out - only 1 rocket can be loaded. Which obviously means that Soldier has to reload after every shot. -I don't know how the rockets used in TF2 would be realistically propelled, but in any case, the rockets would be affected by the velocity force, which means, for longer shots, Soldier has to aim the gun more careful so he could get a good trajectory for the rockets, otherwise the rockets would just "fall short". Also, just an info of soldier's helmet thingy. Realistically it wouldn't actually deflect the bullets, only probably the small arms fire (like the pistol), depending how thick is the metal used in the construction of it's helmet (the material and the distance are in consideration too). The only instance where it would deflect bullets would be on the extreme angles where the effective thickness is increased. If Soldier's helmet is not coated inside with some protective material, when penetrated (or sometimes not penetrated), the helmet might send metal spalls inside soldier's head, injuring him.

Here are a few more ideas since the last video: • Drinking the BONK! Atomic Punch would just kill you due to the amount of sugar and radiation in the drink. • Getting backstabbed wouldn’t instantly kill you, however it would severely injured you.
