My ideas (apologies if they look nitpicky): -Some characters would have a hard time reloading their weapons in time, like The Loose Cannon, Pyros' gas for the flamethrower, The Mini-gun, the Sentry. -Everyone can be seen carrying all their weapons and not just the primary, making it hard for some to move around and quick switch. -Characters needing to take a bathroom break in the middle of the battle (not counting Sniper unless he needs to move elsewhere) -Some kill taunts like Heavy's finger gun or the Hadouken don't kill at all. Also Pyro's flaming fart due to his suit. -Weapon effects on wearer like vulnerability, speed, max health, and others would be non-existent. -*EDIT: Futuristic technology like robots, teleportation, cow mangler, etc. -Pyrovision doesn't work, everything he sees is just part of his illusions. -And by suggestion, Merusmus and the whole Scream Fortress concept, because magic isn't real.

I have a scenario! Spy's team is attacking the other team, which gives him an opportunity to backstab all of them. He sees them fighting, and a thought bubble appears above his head of him turning invisible to get past the other team and backstab all of them. He gets a confident look on his face, then he uses the invisiwatch to get past the scout. But scout sees him, and shotguns spy multiple times. Then maybe you see him respawn with an angry look on his face. Hopefully you like this idea!

@@bitai683 heavy is mostly muscle you know .... he isnt just a big tub of lard, from what little we see from his diet he eats a LOT healthier then people give him credit for, for example his sandvich is actually a very healthy meal along with having a steak (albiet uncooked, still gives good protein) and a banana, the only thing he has that could be considered unhealthy is his chocolate bar, but even then since he isnt eating them exclusively he wouldnt be at any real loss from having them every now and again that and he HAS to have a lot of muscle on him to be able to carry his minigun at all, let alone walk/run with stride while carrying it

LoK well how can a weapon do more damage if someone just blows a horn? Same with speed, damage reduction MAYBE but not the other two. The eye lander makes sense but all the other swords would do jack. Christian Louis Belinario No, they will, Here’s why, The sentry level 3 has only 2 rocket pods, and they only have 4 rockets inside. They have to be used sparingly, Since it’s the M202, They Fire all the rockets in one shot, Second, The miniguns aren’t belt fed or anything, so yeah. Also, You would have to manually reload all the miniguns, I think it would be extremely, EXTREMELY. Slow.
