I’ve found HRV to plummet in weekends not from stress but from being active all week to very low activity. Over a decade ago I started hiking on weekends upwards of four hours one of the weekend days and that cleaned up HRV/Biometrics consistently. I’m probably one of the rare few that’s been tracking that long as well as used OmegaWave

Exactly why I stopped wearing my garmin, whoop and listening to my Apple Watch feedback on data. I would wake up and it would say “you slept shitty last night, expect to process information slow today, memory problems and slow reaction times.” When I would have a big training day or an exam. Not a good way to start the day. How you feel is determined by conscious alterations of subjective emotional states of mind

It has helped alot of people and serves alot of good but it is not for everyone and if it creates a negative loop like with you and many of my guys its not worth it. Glad you made that choice
