This is Data Corrupted Sweetie Belle(Or just Data Belle). She has endured more pain that you could ever think, she lost her eye and it never "fully" healed causing it to bleed near constantly. Her horn got injured by a group called the Code Breakers who want to get rid of "oddities" so they can gain access to the code and rewrite their world but unforunately... they allowed Sweetie Belle to gain her access to it.
