Data Visualization in R

In this meetup we will introduce you to plotting in R. We will briefly cover a few base R functions that are widely used by the computational biology community. We will then introduce you to the powerful ggplot2 package that contains tools that will enable you to produce beautiful and meaningful plots with just a few lines of code. By the end of this session, you will know how to make some basic but useful plots using complex biological data sets.
