Install and Setup CSR1000v 17.x to EVE-NG from an ISO | SD-WAN cEdges

The .iso file isn't under the SD-WAN section. You have to navigate to the Downloads - Routers - Virtual Routers - Cloud Services Router 1000V Series.

I was able to just simply install the serial qcow image no problem with the console working.

For those who got 'custom memory allocation vtable not supported' ; Set Processors “Number of processors” and “Number ofcores per processor”. Set Virtualize Intel VT-x/EPT or AMD-V/RVI to ON (checked) and set Virtualize IOMMU (checked)

I have download the latest qcow2 image and it booted fine in eve ng. I also have it connected in vManage, so why do we need the iso? Keep up the great work much appreciated.

after selecting serial console and press enter, it keeps installing till reboot again and then stopped this is last message "%IOSXEBOOT-4-FACTORY_RESET: (local/local): This was not selected via cli. Rebooting like normal" any clue?

Sounds like you may have an issue with your CPU, VM, and enabling nested virtualization

@@kaiye3859 I found the fix. just make sure you choose the right qemu version in the config. for me 2.40 boots fine. That was it. (by default it suggests a higher version which is not installed) good luck

Hi, I've been trying to install CSRV1000 but it doesn't works for me... I have other Cisco Virl Images installed and works fine. I can connect via web browser to the devices and configure them. With CSRV1000 i follow the same process to upload virls qcow2 images , I've tryed to with differents CSRV1000 isos (I get a qcow file and renamed to virtioa.qcow2) and when y Start node in eve i stops in 2 seconds, If doesn't stops i can't connect. Any idea? I'd be the happiest person in the world if we could solve it Thankyou!!!!!

Gotta up the ram. It wont even bother if you got anything less than 32 if i remember and of course your hardware virtualization needs to be on but it prob is if ur other images are working. @@elmajdouliabdelhakim6900

you show us the file in qcow2 format in the video, then tell us not to download that....to download the ISO version ? where is that

I made the same mistake. You have to look for the "cloud services router1000" under the Cisco product search box and you'll see the ISO under there. Its the last one. If you go to the csrv1000 sd-wan there is no iso. Hope that helps.
