You have to Activate Office using the product key. If you don't have the product key, contact the vendor.

That depends on the job description. If you are looking for a Data Analyst position you will have to learn a lot more things other than PivotTable, Functions and Formulas. Better you make a list of the skill requirements for the job you are looking for and join the course or courses which cover that topics. Good Luck.
