I heard this and agree. Another factor is it's about the person not the timing. Too many keep looking for that perfect love at perfect time and after a series of disappointments, end up single or in disastrous relationships. But do be honest as one can't build a long term relationship with dishonesty and coming across as a different person in the early stages.

That's very true. And I think once you make those necessary shifts within yourself, you start attracting a different kind of person and you become very aware no perfect love exists because you're far from perfect yourself.

IEVA Kambarovaite No, I stay single quite awhile, it takes me long time to get past prior relationship. And the older you get the more guarded and cautious you are. Most people, and especially women “monkey branch” straight from one relationship to the next (because they have other connections already started)

Kristie, you're definitely not alone in this. I remember for years I'd feel so lonely and I'd put so much energy trying to find a man, but hardly any when creating or nourishing friendships in my life. I think very often it's our conditioning as women. We're told from a very early age by all the messages around us how to be great wives, but not that much how to be great friends. I just split from a ltr,and I was upset bc we were engaged,everyone said how great we were together,but she had something happen,would never say what,but would say she did things to try to hurt me,idk why I stayed the point of Oct 2020 till 2 months ago,we went on 2 dates in june ,then she came to stay my bday weekend.things were okay at first,but then fell into old problems.i tried saying I'm not trying to date you, and had no interest in sex w her. She started trying to embarrass me in front ok f people,got home, and said she is not talking to me for awhile, I asked why? She tried playing the " you tell me game" bc there was no problem. She was hoping I'd say when I did this,she said jm a pos and she hates me. Which kind of stunned me,and really shes lucky she wasnt near bc it would have been bad .I refused to let her get me a bday gift, new pair of Jordan shoes,bc I djdnt want to be reminded of her.

I made a quick escape plan and it started off by letting her be my "therapist". Listening to me about a Thai woman that didn't care. I wanted a revenge and this was my escape plan. Listen up now.. Do not go and meet people for a love relationship. Do it because you want a new friend and then see where it goes. And don't "try" to make someone get attracted about you. You will most likely get someone who is going to break your heart and maybe kill you as well. Look for a good personality ffs. Not the slimey o e who looks great with perfume standing at a bar chatting with all the girls and all that fakedness. You are not that cheap are you? By the way me and my "Escape plan" just turned 8 years together and still going strong.
