Riding a bicycle, or a little 🛵 scooter like a Vespa, in Austin, TX is Extremely dangerous, beyond any other place I've been! Many "Hit and Runs", as around 25% of the population are "undocumented immigrants", who can't get a Driver's license or Insurance, but also can't be asked to show ID if they're "undocumented", as this is a Sanctuary City. How do they know they're "undocumented"? If stopped, they're asked if they are. If I was Mexican/American, I'd try to play "undocumented", if stopped for some reason, but I don't know anyone who's even thought of pulling this off..?! We have many others who drive with no license and use fake "Tags" for license plates. They don't keep track of moving vehicles like other places I've been, where windshield tags are read when Police cars drive towards you, through a laser like system..?! And that was 15 years ago in much smaller, Ithaca, NY. So it's strange they don't have that Tech here. They could, I'm sure, but that would really slow down much of the work getting done around here. That seems first and foremost..?! I know it's hard to believe, and I lived an extremely dangerous, crazy, Heroin filled life in the 90's, and have seen too much already! Yeah, Austin has so many "Hit and Runs". Not much I fear, but bad drivers who don't stop when they've hit something! This may be one of the biggest "Hit and Run" areas in Austin are happening mostly because of bad drivers. Pretty much all around..?!👍💯

@Sean-wd2ph Жыл бұрын
They need to bring it back so badly. Easily the best podcast of all time front to back. Rarely, if ever, a bad episode. Only a handful at most out of like what 300+? I love Sickler, and his stand up, and at first I was a huge fan of the honey dew but it’s just not as good as the crab feast. Something about Larson brings out the best in Sickle Cell. Larson deserves a massively popular podcast these days. He had Thruline or whatever it was called for awhile, I never listened much because I vaguely remember it not having guests, maybe. He needs to get himself a co host and get back into pods. Are you garbage is the closest I’ve come to finding a similar podcast in terms of content, and Larson crushed it on there.

I'm a tattooist and I suggest she goes to get laser sessions and lighten it a few times and then get the artist who 100% f*cked up to line over it in white ink for FREE. The artist didn't use common sense, every tattooist knows to be super careful with placement to not change someone's body structure, eg a sleeve starting too high or low can make your shoulder/posture look better than without the tattoo or completely ruins your muscle/bone structure.
@missp498 Жыл бұрын
Yeah she should definitely ask for some sort of compenating strategy. It's obvious that she is too nice to assert herself. Glad Tom is trying to get her to see that. Women do this all the time. We are too nice when people do bad shit to us we end up apoligising to them. Its so dumb that we raise women to be like this.

Tom kept saying that too and while that is the solution, I’d bet just about anything that she barely had the money to get the tattoo itself, multiple removal sessions are probably out of the question. I’d say the tattooist is responsible but that likely would never win a lawsuit or anything, especially now that she is on video saying she approved it when it was a stencil. I do feel bad for her, it looks absolutely awful. I honestly don’t even see what she was going for, her drawn on one looked pretty dumb too, it only appears to look good when compared to something way worse.
