This interaction Ed had with Liz is probably the first and last time Ed won’t make me feel like I want to cringe into a ball and hide watching him talk to girls

I love Anthony’s take on issues of gender. I agree “friendzone” is an outdated term. And it’s often used in a sexist way. As if a man is entitled to romance or sex and if he doesn’t get it, he will not be your friend because that’s emasculating.
@christinemiller19673 жыл бұрын
I thought friendzone meant someone is attracted to you but you only like them as a friend.... thus they’re friend zoned. But I’m Gen X so I still use that phrase.

I just think it’s funny how Ed says HE has trust issues, but he forgot to mention that HE is the reason his marriage failed. He cheated on his ex-wife while she was pregnant. So his having trust issues may be valid, but he is wrong for not being honest about where it may stem from.

He is the reason that he is not with Rose.
@TheSReaction3 жыл бұрын
Eleanor Cooke he absolutely is the reason. The satisfaction I got from seeing Rose tell him off…it was beautiful! Ed lives here in San Diego in North Park and he’s a whole mess. A WHOLE mess! He needs to leave women alone and get it together.
@kingayy92673 жыл бұрын
@Smalls McGogg Especially loved when he tried to pull the forced sympathy crap by rhetorically asking "so you think I'm a bad person?" and she, without missing a beat, snapped back: "Yes." Some people fall for that crap but Rose was having absolutely none of it!

I'm really looking forward to your other videos. also I do think the Little voices you use and and the way you describe certain things is very comical you have this wonderful energy about you and I like how you go into a deep explanation on things that I think a lot of people can understand in a relatable way I'm so looking forward to watching more your videos

I have to admit your take down of the friendzone was beautiful. I have never heard someone take down that myth that effectively before. Massive credit on that one bud. As for Ed himself, your absolutely right he has deep seeded insecurities and they are killing his relationships. In my observations of him threw reaction videos (since reality tv shows make me sick to my stomach), He firmly believes that he is not worthy of being with someone. In order to compensate for that he tells himself "nothing wrong with me" "everyone else is wrong" "Your opinions don't matter" those lies is what is giving him confidence. I firmly believe he wants to be married again but not willing to develop a relationship naturally so he rushes things threw manipulation and control. Worse he places his partners on a pedestal and when there is something off he tries to change them with the same tactics. It's also how he deals with arguments as well. Those are my observations and I could 100% wrong.

Anthony, both you and I know it's not going to work out between them, there's not enough attraction there, from her side obviously, you sugar coated many things in this video. Allow me to say that you actually contradict yourself on your commentary here, you didn't mention that brunch is not a romantic date, it's more of a friendly setup, what about all the red flags they both bring up in their conversation, like when someone says they're damaged, you should believe them, not try and fix them, they both got too serious too soon, talking about heavy and sad subjects, a successful date should be positive and effortless, no sobbing stories, it's never a good start. I like your content but please talk about bad signs and which topics one should not bring up on a date, please be more honest with your audience.
@AnthonyRecenello3 жыл бұрын
Hey Eden! Good points but all rules can be broken. Also, there should be no romance on a date. And it doesn’t matter if it’s dinner or not. That’s just internet PUA stuff that isn’t real.
