This is 100% accurate. I’m Canadian and have had much better experiences dating internationally. Most men in Canada, especially bigger cities (i.e. Toronto) do not lead. A lot of entanglements, friends with benefits, netflix & chill dates (I have not signed up for any of this nonsense)... but I know many women who have and they have been in a situationship for 5+ years. No proposal or marriage in sight! Ladies, if you want marriage.. travel and date men from other cultures who value marriage and family. It is very rare that you will find healthy, traditional relationships here.

My aunt searched and searched back in UK, no guy was forthcoming then she went to Nigeria and became hot cake, she married one, when he joined her and got his papers, the story changed, he beat her on the flimsiest excuse to the extent she used to call the cops. When they divorced, he was claiming half her property, which included houses. It was so messy.

Yeah tell me about dating in Canada .... lol I'm living in BC now for 10 years (originally from Germany), I completely gave up on Canadian women. I found them controlling, bossy and not feminine at all. Dating elsewhere is so much better and easier. And if I look at you, I see a stunningly beautiful, very womanly and absolutely nice woman. I went to high school in Toronto and all the guys used to look at my cousin college guys, high school guys, twenty somethings, thirty somethings you name it, we looked like sisters but no one ever looked my way. Fast forward to my College years in the US the American guys were the opposite they looked my way all the time and i had tons of boyfriends and dates. Its been a few years now and I recently resettled in Canada and again the Canadian guys just dont look at me so im thinking that its them not me. Ladies Canadian guys like the white, skinney, blond women and they are blind and possibly dead so no sense looking for love in Canada you wont find it though maybe French Canadian guys might be different. I wouldn’t say that Cus I’m black, not exactly skinny and have no problems getting male attention. Even the blonde skinny white girls have man issues here too. Why? Cus they have no standards and let men just do whatever. The amount of Canadian men I have ignored or left on read, I think those girls would either chase or let them take Advantage so that’s why they get results they get. As a woman your dignity is key. Very discouraging 😞 it sounds like you're describing Australia too as it is the same here and one of the reasons I'm leaving. Being originally Russian I'm also very traditional minded and I can count on one hand the amount of men I dated here because none of them are serious and I don't see the point of dating for "Fun". I think the issue is mostly because in Canada religion has declined among the general population. When you don’t have a moral tradition set by your religious beliefs of course the relationships will become less stable. The focus for many religious organization now is increase their congregants, which correlates directly with the income of the said owner of the organization to leave lavishly. I am a divorced 35 year old and trying to date here in Canada is the WORST!!! no one wants to actually date, no one takes you out for a drink. They only invite you over to Netflix and chill and only call or text you if they want to hook up. I went to Mexico for a week and had 6 dates and most of them took me out, paid for my drink or food, walked me to my door, never asked for anything other than a nice time. The facts are that Canada is on a downward trend with its morals, the average house in the GTA and vancouver is 1 million, Which causes both genders to be hyper focus on money. If you travel in canada and go to places where housing low, you will see young families everywhere. So lower the cost housing and men will be able to start familes again.
