On the other hand, if you are a young dude looking for some fun, well you can find that too. I'd suggest Hooters. There are two of them. The one I visited is near Wenceslas Square. The servers are pretty as they are nice. Also you might like SaSAZu. An Asian Fusion restaurant that has a live DJ playing hip hop on selected nights. I haven't been there but I've read about it. Money wise I had no problem. It's reasonable compared to other major European cites. I had some Euros and used a credit card. Use a credit card that doesn't charge extra fees for money exchange.

Eastern European women love when you can uber them. Same in Latin America. When you mentioned traditional values, that is the same thing I mentions to my boys that are stateside.

You are doing great work! I got tired of trying to convince guys long ago, but you are running with the torch. Some things to think about while you are there: 1) Local men can be cockblockers, especially if you're black. Kiev is not so bad in this regard, but the women are sometimes viewed as national treasure in Eastern Europe. 2) Turks and Arabs have inundated places like Kiev and they are at the top of the food chain because they throw money around like candy. Western men (black ones especially) can do very well there, but Turks and Arabs ruin certain places for us. 3) Females in EE tend to view Western men like ATMs. This sometimes results in scammers or girls who want you to buy them gifts or give the money. So long as you are ok with that and are receiving what you want in the relationship, fine. But most men get duped in this way. 4) Avoid American men in EE, both black and white. Some will try to chum you up, but most of them are haters who want to milk you for information, put dampers on your plans, and milk what they can out of you. Very much a hater's environment when I encounter other American men over there. 5) Hide your nice watch, rings, and money in your pocket and put them on in the clubs. On the street, you are attracting con artists, scammers, and criminals if you appear too affluent, but it does pay dividends with the ladies. 6) Invest in a couple of suit jackets and always wear them at night spots. It makes you look like a classy guy even over a simple t-shirt.

Well, two things I can say about this. No question, there are tons of beautiful women all over the globe, and dating here is definitely on the decline. Also, I don't know if I agree about there being a insignificant amount of racism in some of those places you named, especially Russia. There's been plenty of well documented cases of beatings of African immigrants and blacks in general over there. One must remember, when you're on someone else's turf and taking "their" women, you may encounter some issues.
