Another strong chapter, Alp…in the history of A. Lange & Söhne, and in this series. I really like how you touched on the mechanics of the Dato. I hope you keep doing that- perhaps with the Zeitwerk. Keep up the good work. As with Langepedia, you are continuing to do a great service for the Lange community (and the watch community overall)!

Alp another great Lange video summarizing history, design, marketing and the passion that Lange brings to fabrication and finishing of watches that puts them on the top of the watch making pyramid. Well done again!

Awesome content. Love the passion for details. I noticed there were 2 fonts for the "&" : what the Datograph showed (flat top) and what the 1815 & Cabaret showed (round top).

Especially with watchingmaking, "Every detail matters." With that said, the rectangular pushes are an odd shape on the circular bezel. The shape doesn't work. The pushes should be circular, echoing the crown.

Interesting take - I’d disagree. Especially for bold case structures like the Datograph, I think it works tremendously well.

95% of screen time NOT seeing watches.. 👎🏻

Thank you for your feedback, Sir. With all due respect, I think the video crew did a great job on showing every aspect of the mentioned watches where it is appropriate so that the viewer doesn’t miss any detail.

Best automatic movement ever 🥲. The full rotor seems appropriate for the Odysseus but I do hope they revive the design of the Sax-0-mat. Speaking of the spelling, is it spelled with a zero to highlight the zero-reset?

Hello Will, great to see you here! Indeed!! 0 = zero reset, great touch!
