@@JoHandavId21 Bruh, I wouldn't know how to do that. Because I'm not really into easy to listen songs. I have a playlist with 900 or so songs, if you'd like to check them out in a flash. It's full of Daughter. Of Daughter, I guess songs "easy" to listen would be To Rage (very relaxing), Made Of Stone (sad, but calming), Candles (the live versions are better than the album one, it's a love song) and Love (sad yet beautifully ethereal). Of other artists, I'd say anything Foals has ever released, Norman F*cking Rockwell by Lana del Rey or Possibly Maybe by Björk.

@@JoHandavId21 No worries. Of Björk, I'd say her albums Debut, Post, Homogenic, Vespertine and Volta are easy to listen. Her other works I also adored, yet they're experimental or very personal, so maybe a turn off if you haven't got acclimated to her sound.

Great analysis, I definitely agree with many of those ideas. I also think they wanted to confess some type of love to the person. But is very hesitant and doesn’t want to do it through the phone because it will lead to a state of longing and waiting. But part of them wants to do it through the phone because there is this fear inside of them to do it in person. I think they spend so much time in darkest of nights contemplating everyday how they should do it. And not necessarily wants requited love, but just wants the decisiveness of the dilemma. Because the feeling of indecisiveness in love is very akin to fear it feels like it’s a derivative of fear.

I know Daughter probably won't ever read this but. This song has helped me cope with a lot of problems in my life. Daughter is the most unique band in the world. The rhythm, the melodies, the sound design, and best of all...the lyrics. Elena has the most down to Earth voice I have ever heard. I have listened to thousands of tracks and no one has managed blow my mind the way Daughter makes music. I hope this band never stops making music or it would be a sad day for us fans.

When younger, used to read a lot and still do. Stories about characters having as many adventures as friends as per usual. I, on the other hand, would only stare at the window for hours alone and hours wondering how it would be to live like them. To wonder how it would be to be loved like them while staying home having to be medicated with some heavy psychiatric pills.
