Wow, morathi is terrifying! I feel elite armies struggle against her badly, due to the 3 wound rule the Lumineth can't utilize the pure scalpel DPS on her. Great game! Thanks.

I really wish you’d pulled the sentinels that were close to Morathi when she charged so you could then try and rally them back. I also can’t leave home with Teclis but without Spell Portal. It’s so important imo.

If going first you have to start the clock on Morathi turn 1. Allocating 10 sentinals to her to do 3 wounds. This way if she makes combat turn 1 she willl have taken 6 wounds at least. Also sacrificing the dawn riders was a mistake. The 1 point is not worth them dying. Moving in the combat phase to peace out gives you a threat to capture points and use them. To make up that one point your missed. Just my 2cents

Love the colors on the DoK. They look fantastic! Not a fan of all the added fluff on the turn over narrations, it's distracting for casual listening.

Great game, love to see how much fun Cass is having but also how much she has improved (at this rate she might be taking your spot on team Canada Jordan!?). One question though about the turn to Crystal ability that killed the dawnriders, the warscroll says roll 1 dice for each model (there were just 3 riders left) for each 3+ it deals 1 mortal wound. So at max it should have been 3 mortal wounds killing 1 and a half dawnrider or did I miss something?

On reading the warscroll again (seems careful reading is a good idea) you roll a dice for each DoK model and not for each enemy model...

Roar only means the target unit can't use command abilities in the combat phase

technically its 4 points, 1 if you kill morathi , 3 if you kill the bow snakes (you get one extra vp per reinforcement)

they're not that unbalanced, like they're not top of the meta any more, they are kinda anti-fun to play against though. they rely on either the sentinel-teclis crutch or the fox spam (which just got a bit of a nerf, kinda, good luck killing any of those foxes without decent shooting)
