That simple cue on entering to tuck planche by leaning only with shoulders and not pushing your knees too much is a game changer. Thank you Valentin for these insights, will definitely save lots of athletes for years of progressing

This is great stuff. People obsess over elevation to the point of it being a detriment, and don't focus on the lean as much as they should.

honestly,this video really helped me,when i was moving from tuck to adv tuck i always gave top prioty to maintain a round back and always was pushing it, but what i needed was just loose it a bit and move forward.Thanks!

Now I know that's why professionals in their video recommend you to always start your planche exercise with hips lower than your shoulders. So that's why I can't enter the straddle because I'm way too elevated. Thank you bro for this beautiful video, your videos are very informative and very juicy to the last bits. I didn't understand it at first but thanks to you I'm already enlightened❤

Damn that last part hit. Been stuck in planche forever. With my height of 2m I think sometimes that’s it might not even be possible however I achieved a fl but planche is just smth else so much harder. Being tall sucks xd but I agree it’s not an excuse. That your student with 1.90m achieved it in a couple of months is really impressive
@FilippoCardoni8 ай бұрын
Check out Jack Vinati from Italy, he's also 2m and over 100kgs but he can planche, surely not 20" but he's very good at it for his size, and he can also do one arm pull ups and such
@sbcali8 ай бұрын
@@FilippoCardoni yeah saw him he is a beast. You gotta be a monster to reach that level with his body, really impressive. I can also do oapu. It‘s more the leverage stuff that is extremely hard for me. Although achieving fl gives me small hope I might can achieve planche too but you can’t compare these moves planche is so much harder
