found out I was doing it correctly in planche, but not in handstand (and I suck at handstands). Tried it in handstand and I hold it a lot more easily. Thank you champ 🙌🏻

i found out that my planche looks and feels better when i elevate my parrallettes so that they are as high as yours. Maybe it has something to do with the explanation in the video.🤔

if you watch and extend the same way then there is no difference but maybe it s more natural for you to find the right head trajectory when you are on high bars, maybe try to find this point and as valentin said in the video, put something in front of you to be able to always have it, even on low bars

@@robin.calisonig yeah i do full planche pushup training on friday and full planche hold on monday and found out that my holds on Friday are even better than on my hold training because i elevate it for the planche pushups. So very weird finding
