Dave and Busters is coming back to Montgomery County this fall at Ellsworth Place in Silver Spring, MD which was the former City Place after renovations. They will be in upper level where the Cinema was.

This is horse shit that d&b had to close at white flint mall when I went there with my dad in the spring of 2015 when went back there the mall was close but then d&b was closed too I was so pissed when it fucking closed. But a year later Dave and busters is back in Montgomery county at downtown silver spring and i was happy af
