It was Portland that he came and did the Comedy in the park at Pioneer Square not Seattle. I was there. It was too loud unfortunately with the large crowd being predictably unruly. But it was cool. Dave stuck it out and tried to make it work. ‘I’ll never forget him joking, never tell anyone in Portland a secret.” Apparently he told someone at the gym he might be there doing some jokes and word spread like wild fire. Around the time the kids on the Starbucks roof started stripping, Dave was like, enough of this shit. Massive respect to Dave for doing stuff like that.

Chappelle Show is immortalized in the culture forever. The Rick James/Prince sketches are still funny and relevant 20 years later. The only thing remotely close is some of the Key and Peele stuff, which is just a pale imitation of Chappelle Show. I don't even know what WKUK is. Pretty sure the average person doesn't know wtf you're talking about either.
