Someone who hasn't driven before might say you really make it look easy. Playing rock guitar really isn't that difficult honestly especially when you've done the same song a million times

I saw them live at Scream in LA in like 1987 and was blown away by Dave's guitar. He is such a badass even to this day.

Navarro, you will always and forever be the "Guitar Hero" of them all to me. The first time I heard Trip Away on the XXX album that guitar just resonated through me, for whatever reason, and never left, even today. Each later release (Nothing's Shocking, then Ritual) just cemented that feeling further and further. The work Dave did on the Grateful Dead tribute album where they covered "Ripple" was like a sad, but also great Navarro guitar send-off after JA broke up. Your artistry has given me so much, so I thank you sir.

Perry sounded rough. My late big sister Stephanie took me to see them at lalapalooza #1 in Atlanta. It was my first concert ever and at age 14... 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯 WHAT A MEMORY!. I remember needing to go to the bathroom while body count was playing until I saw the tornado moshpit that spanned a football field between me and the bathroom. Yep- held it like a champ until souxie and the banshees took the stage 🤣🤣
