It's quite simple why rates are climbing with rising imports and falling exports, the FED is obviously to be blamed for banking crisis. Something will eventually break if they keep the quantitative tightening and higher interest rates. Is this really a good time to have some savings in stocks?

Dave, one size doesn't fit all and you are an intelligent man and by now you should know that. Every person's needs are unique and as a customer, one's responsibility is to know exactly what he/she needs and wants, and as a service provider your responsibility is to listen to a customers' needs and wants and tailor a solution that best fits those needs and wants, but your advice for everyone is that it didn't work for you and him or she, so it won't work for you. I am looking into investing money in Russian treasuries because they are currently at 6% and the US are at 3% so this means I will want a Russian Bank account to park what I am earning in China so that I can buy Russian Securities.
