I'll be honest, was expecting a way bigger challengefor the just move bit, when I heard "10 squats" I was like "Oh, even I could do that much" didn't even think about it & did it.

That’s the whole idea. It’s more about doing little bits over time to develop a habit/standard of movement vs blasting through a lot of movement then stopping for weeks in between. By doing this approach I’ve managed to drop 50 lbs without intentionally doing so. It’s been a massive mind set shift for me.

I got into wargaming just before the BA codex came out at 5th. It was such a cool thing to behold the roll out. MiniWargaming, jawaballs were my first follows. I started playing Warmachine instead because I could afford it, but BA and those models like The Sanguinor and Sanguinary Guard hold a special place in my heart and deep nostalgia.

129 Smash Captain with the 4 damage Thunder Hammer, he joined the DC for like 7 attacks and I believe for 2 CP he could fight twice. I once had one solo an Astraeus Super-heavy Tank from full HP in 1 round of combat ;)
