I've had it for 3.5 years, It's had its problems, but nothing that they could not fix, within a reasonable amount of time. Customer service has improved imnensely over the course of 3 years. I have grown to really like them and will be sticking with them. They are excellent for small venues!

It is also available in Canada, I've had it since 2020. Con is there is one iPad that is dedicated to be the "main device" and must always be on for all of the other devices to work on the program. In order to program a menu or adjust prices you must physically go to one of the iPads to program , you can not change it in the back off house management cloud reporting.

My main device all of a sudden wasn’t compatible with the touch bistro updated app and I was left with nothing, I spent thousands to replace the IMac so that I could continue to use it 😂

per month per device? or am I just dumb? (touchbistro software or hardware) seems expensive either way, but handy for sure. Thanks for sharing! Been tending bars for 2yrs in total now, still a rookie compared to my peers who've been at it 10+ yrs. Your vids are really educational.

One of the worst POS systems ever. We have submitted multiple tickets to resolve the issues, but they have only gotten worse day by day. The management team is irresponsible. It feels like a scam. they crash or freeze in the middle of the service.
