Mr. Allred, I have been thoroughly enjoying and taking time to internalize the information in your videos. I just wanted to thank you for taking the time out of your day to continue making and releasing your content. I have been learning a great deal from you and as a result, many factors about getting into working in a bar environment have been de-mystified and no longer intimidate me. With your insights I plan to apply myself, submit resumes and cover letters to bars in my area ASAP, and with Follow-ups and fingers crossed I'm confident that I too can become a competent, capable, and personable bartender. Thanks again, You peerless educational bar-master.

I found that setting out a few bowls of individually wrapped bread sticks, about an hour or so before happy hour ends, helps kick in appetites. After a few drinks, then just a teasing of food, helps with food sales. Especially when couples are dating, not as much with married couples.

What are 'Well Drinks'?
@DaveAllredTheRealBarman2 жыл бұрын
Well drinks are the cheapest liquor drinks. These are the bottles that reside in the "well" because they are used the most.
