I'm appreciate you mentioning the inside loop. When you switched to that line I kept thinking...'I done ever recall seeing something run in this line.' I hope you find the matching engine. Does it have the Hudson wheel arrangement? And as someone unfamiliar with Marx other than your videos... it seems there is tremendous variation in what they produced.

The Dreyfuss loco came as a 2-4-2 with 8 wheel tender or 0-4-0 with 4 wheel tender. L&T were gray only. The green variation cars were a short run of "specials". There was no green loco to match them. Marx Trains unfortunately did not have a chance to evolve to include a 6-wheel drive mechanism.

I really like your passenger cars, reminds me of Pennsylvania Brunswick green color also the gray stripe is really cool thanks for sharing. Are those modern Marx cars very light weight? I heard of other collectors adding magnet weights. Is your green and gray version more rare than the gray version passenger cars?
