Not alot of math involved at all. Just knowledge of internet speeds an measurements for drilling holes in walls, running wires and mounting cameras

I think you would need a degree, or to work for a company like Johnson Controls that could get you a visa to come over. If you've got certifications and experience and you speak English, then yeah probably. It may not be easy though
