I actually think that song is so sad. I hope he finds his way back to the church. Not necessarily as a straight guy. Maybe find a church where he feels accepted or form his own relationship with God. As somebody who leans asexual, I sort of know a little bit about where he's coming from.

Wow. How about leaving him and his journey to him alone and free from your judgement. He obviously made the right choice. His former religion and many churches didn’t accept him and teach many ppl awful things about how millions and millions of innocent ppl are destined to burn in hell because of things beyond their control. And also because of things that are arbitrarily disapproved by their dogma. Even now you are suggesting he compromise the happiness and self-love he has finally discovered by trying to force back in an institution that has not and will accept him as he is right now- but for what? He’s not the one who needs pity for where he has journeyed. You need pity. He finally deserves to be celebrated. Gay ppl who have been through the hate and discrimination and violence the church perpetuates- we empathize with him. You know nothing where he’s coming from- and you could never empathize with him. You’re so close-minded and brainwashed you actually are upset he’s happy without the church and being himself. That speaks volumes to the mind control religion has performed on you.

CHURCH ⛪️ is not a relationship with JESUS CHRIST the SON OF GOD, rather it’s mans buildings. True relationship is found in scriptures~~📖 ROMANS 3:23, 📖 ROMANS 6:23 and 📖 JOHN 3:16 🙏🏻 Hell is not a place to spend eternity which is torment in outer darkness. 😢
