I just love this DC and Wendy encounter. No matter what was going on privately he always appreciated his fans. He made the effort to understand them. He took the responsibility of being the catalyst for the love. What a hug ❤

I’ve always loved watching British tv shows that have humor in it. . David is beautiful and such a lovely man, a little sure but it’s lovable and that smile is beautiful and impish

This just shows how much us fans loved David,I think Wendy summed it up when she said David was her "first love" and that "he kept coming back" and she still loved him, I think that is the feeling with his fans,we loved him as a young beautiful man,and we loved him still as an older beautiful man! Those feelings never left us,they are too deep rooted in us to ever go away. Love his sense of humour with the water bottle,I bet Wendy still has it now!! That hug that David gave her looked so lovely,he always seemed to give wonderful,meaningful hugs. I don,t know how she let him go,I don,t think I could have! Two weeks to 21st November,anniversary of our lovely man's passing,perhaps we will all wake up and it's been a bad dream,he hasn't,t really left us at all,somehow I don,t think that will happen. Rest peacefully sweet David,we all love you still.

Yes I do still have the bottle - and it's even more precious now. The hug was lovely and he came back after the show and I got a few more! :-)

@@ukwendy Wendy,it feels so good replying to someone who has met,kissed and cuddled David,it feels personal,you were just a step away from the beautiful man himself! When you think of David's fans years ago,of how they would have done absolutely anything just to speak to him,let alone touch him,you are so,so lucky! David seemed very friendly to speak to,loved the bit about the restraining order,loved David's sense of humour,loved him. I bet that water bottle is precious to you now,to think that David has actually taken a swig of water from it,I know David found it hard to believe that it could be precious to you at first,but I think he realised it eventually,he knew those sort of things,that may seem silly,meant a lot to his fans,and his fans meant a lot to him. Thank you so much for your comment Wendy,you are one lucky lady!

@@carolwalker1450 ah thank you. Yes I was lucky enough to meet David a few times over the years - and in fact, a few days after this show, at the Apollo, Hammersmith, he gave me another bottle. It was the one he'd been drinking from, he put it on the stage in front of me and then came back with the lid! He'd obviously been amused by the whole thing.

@@ukwendy Wendy,I would say you were more than lucky!! I bet you still have that second bottle and I bet it lives with the other bottle in the world of your fantastic David Cassidy memorabilia!! It sounds like David was teasing you by putting it in front of you,then coming back with the lid,obviously remembering what happened on the Richard & Judy show. That must have felt great for you,a little interaction just between the two of you, a special moment. Did he actually say anything when he put it in front of you,or did you just take the bottle...love to know!! Only a short time to go till the anniversary of David's passing,still missing our beautiful man.

Refreshing to see such good humor of this show. How dear Wendy is and how kind David is with her. Once you start a collection like Wendy did as a youth, you would feel neglectful not to sustain adding to it as time goes by. Must be worth a fortune. Very interesting to see how she charted his records and how long they were on the top! Wendy’s collection would be fascinating to read and experience. Wendy should write a book about her David Cassidy collection. Lol I mean it! It would be fascinating perusing and reading her unique collection and her insight of the span of a public figure’s life...David Cassidy.

The used bandaid was on my Arby's roast beef sandwich!!!!! David took the first bite of it and got the bandaid!!! The when we reported it to the manager, we got another sandwich free a long with free fries and a free large drink 😆. It was so gross. I had previously asked the worker why she didn't have gloves on to cover her bandaid too.....

I wish I didn't watch this. I am a huge David Cassidy fan and I watched this video because of him. Of course, he looks great but I hated what he said about Sarah Palin and Paris Hilton. It's not funny and it's mean. I expected much more from him.
