Two of my favorite chefs cooking one of my favorite dishes and so simple! I can see why Drew was so excited about this. I'm a fangirl too!

No, because I love cacio e pepe and have tried so many times to make it at home and it is so damn hard to get it right. This method seems really interesting and it looks like Iwill finally get cacio e pepe at home!!!! Love them too

Clean the cheese from the pot or from the blender - chose your poison. Or, toss everything back into the pot to keep it warm and clean both...

We think that because we're not nervous about cooking, but I can see how some people might find caccio e pepe intimidating and I think this book is aimed at those people

It's really a mystery how this show got renewed for yet another season. She's brutal. When she talks, you feel like there should be a psychiatrist on hand.

This is not Cacio e Pepe. He probably uses cream in his Carbonara too. 😐

You totally missed the point then
@JaredCastello3 жыл бұрын
@@whatmodern For me it's not the technique it's the inclusion of olive oil to aid emulsification. Yes it makes the dish easy but it's not authentic and the flavor is changed by the olive oil.
